So this is it...

Over the last few days, as you had surely noticed, a lot of filehosters went down, and the wave of closure is not yet over, as MF is called to testify in the next three months and will probably go the same route as the others. As a blogger, publishing mostly deleted albums, i never had the impression to fall in the dreadful "piiiiiiiiiiiiraaaaaaaaaaate" category. Nor did i believe i was on the verge to be responsible of the collapse of civilization. As a music fan, i just wanted to share my love of mutant music with you. Seems that simple thing is now impossible. Over the last two weeks, i uploaded more than 100 records to post here, and now they're lost in the ether. I don't have the time, nor the urge to play cat and mouse with these administrations, so for the time being, i have to suspend the activities of the blog. I'll miss it and I'll miss all of you, but i'd rather spend my time listening to my collection of records than to fight the-almighty-big-brother-police... There will be other fights, other adventures, other ways...
Mission aborted... for a while...
take care,
NNN

Totally understand...at the moment it feels like the end of any opportunity to highlight utterly NON-mainstream music. All because there is an american election coming and the big money backers demand some ACTION!

We will wait...

The fight continues. Noisy brasilian are whith You. Thanks for great job!!!

-Japan, Korea and China will not join SOPA and PIPA, in Brazil there is a better server megaupload, free, they said they will not join these damn laws. It is very easy and fast, but accept files up to 300mb each time. enjoy: http://sharex.xpg.com.br/

That's a bad news, although the reason is absolutely understandable.

Shall you change your mind, you might want to consider services like multiupload - they turned out to be more stable than hosting files on a single server... so far, at least.

Thanks for the high quality stuff you posted here! Hope you'll be back soon.

Fucking drag i say. The worst part of it is that corporate america is involved and they are the worst of the thievin, murderous, dishonest, backstabbing, criminal mf'ers (i need a thesaurus here)around. Hope to see you back and thank you for the great music. Sad to see you go but I'd do the same considering the internet climate right now.

i feel your pain... i rarely used megaupload, but the residual damage has been huge to all us bloggers out there.

that said, i hope that you reconsider and continue on. it's given me the kick in the ass i needed.

from what iam hearing up here in canada, mediafire wont be affected at all...apparently, they have a completely different business model than megaupload...but yeah, this is just a bump in the road...mutant music-lovers will be sharing music online again in no time...take heart!
